Step 1: Surface Preparation- Cleaning, removal of all dust particles, opening of cracks & making dust free, prime the cracks, construction joints, with Dr. Fixit Pu Primer / Dr. Fixit MIEP Primer on clean & dry surface, Fill all the joints & cracks with Dr. fixit PU Sealant including additional coat of reinforced coating of Dr. fixit Flexi PU 270(I) sandwiched with Geotextile on all repaired cracks & joints. including treatment of Drain outlets with Polymer modified mortar Step 2: Podium Concrete waterproofing - Providing & Applying Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270 (I) a Solvent base Polyurathene waterproofing membrane at coverage of 1.2 -1.5 KG/ Sqm on sound repaired concrete surface primed with one coat of Dr. Fixit MIEP Primer at coverage of 5- 6 Sqm / Kg/ coat complete. Step 3: Separation Layer- Providing & laying 100 GSM geotextile fabric separation layer between coating & screed. Step 4: Protection Layer (Optional / Wherever applicable)- Poviding & laying M25 Grade C.C screed with avg thickness of 50mm, admixed with Dr. fixit Pidiproof LW+ integral waterproofing compound at dose of 200 ml per bag of cement with IPS finish & apprpopriate slope towards drain outlet complete. Step 5: Brick Bat Coba (Optional / Wherever applicable)- Providing & Laying 125 - 150mm Thick Brick bat coba in 1:3 C.M. admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof Lw+ an integral waterproofing compound at dose of 200 ml per bag of cement, with smooth IPS finish & appropriate slope towards drain outlet complete. Step 6: Root Barrier- Providing & laying Dr. Fixit Samshield PR, an antiroot, SBS modified self adhesive membrane cold applied with 75mm to 100mm side lap & 100 mm to 150mm end laps, on prepared & 28 days cured BBC / Screed surface, including application of one coat of Dr. fixit Torchshield primer at coverage of 3.5 to 4 sqm / litre/ coat etc. complete. Step 7: Filter Media- Providing & Laying PVC Drainboard with sealed overlaps & topped with 150 GSM Geotextile fabric, as filter media laid in appropriate slope towards principal drain, before filling of soil complete.
