Step 1: Optional- Removing all existing waterproofing & tile finish to reach mother slab, breaking all dead mortar, inclusive of shifting, transportation extra complete. Step 2: Providing & Laying 40 to 50 mm avg thick protective screed as per designed slope towards the drain outlets with of C.C. mix ratio of 1:1.5:3 (10mm metal is preferable for screeding at floor), admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ integral waterproofing compound in mortar mix at dosage of 200ml per bag cement with smooth IPS Finish, including provision of angle fillet & Corner rounding in all corners & junctions etc complete. Step 3: Providing & Laying 125 to 150mm avg thick Brick bat coba fixed in C.M. in1:3 proportion, on 20mm thick basecoat in C.M. in 1:3 proportion, admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof Lw+ at dosage of 200ml Per bag of Cement, with smooth IPS Finish, including provision of angle fillet & Corner rounding in all corners & junctions, 12mm Ø leakage spout etc complete.
