Dr Fixit Fastflex & Dampguard Classic coating Pack Size: 500 Gm, 1 Kg,
Drain the water fully and check for the cracks if any cracks filling with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Cleaning the surfaces be free from dirt with water to receive the waterproofing coating. Making of 50 mm * 50 mm angle fillet all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd. Providing minimum two coats of Dr. Fixit Fastflex of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd , an acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating system , After the 1st coat is completely dry apply a 2nd coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex and sprinkle coarse sand while it is still wet. The material having following technical properties: Elongation at break, % ASTM D 412 120 minimum Adhesion strength, N/mm2 ASTM D 4541 0.8 minimum Reduction of rapid chloride permeability, 92% (Compared to control) as per ASTM C 1202-97 Toxicity Passes as per BS 6920 part I : 2000 ,Food grade certification CFTRI certification Passes Providing and rendering 15 to 20 mm thick cement plastering on Internal walls & bottom surfaces of concrete water tank in two layers consisting of 8 mm thick sand faced plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) top coat mixed with integral water proofing compound and specified fibers over a base coat of 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), by adding Integral Water proofing compound Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd. Application of two coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd , a two component epoxy based food grade certified waterproofing coating . Toxicity Passes as per BS 6920 part I : 2000 ,Food grade CFTRI certification.
