Step 1: Removal Of IPS on BBC (Optional)- Removal of Loose or unsound IPS plaster on BBC completely, including shifting, transportation etc complete. OR Step 1: Surface Preparation- Cleaning & jet washing to remove all dust, dirt, algae & fungal growth, filling of cracks & preparation of angle fillets in joints & corners with polymer modified mortar in ratio of 1:4 C.M. admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at doasge of 10% by weight of cement, repair of plumbing outlets with Dr. Fixit Bathseal Tape a double side adhesive tape & polymer modified mortar as specified above wherever required. Step 2: Providing & applying 3 coats of Dr. Fixit Newcoat an acrylic elastomeric waterproof coating for terrace & sloping roofs at coverage of 2 Sqm / liter/ coat to achieve DFT of 1000 microns, on primed surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal primer diluted in 2:1 proportion with coverage of 10 Sq.m / litre/ coat. Step 3: External Parapet Wall Waterproof Decorative Coating - Providing & Applying one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coat without any dilution Maintain the spreading rate of 3.5 -4.0 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about 120-150 microns DFT. Apply second coat as topcoat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select Topcoat to be apply with interval of 6-8 hours without any dilution. Maintain the spreading rate of 6.5 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve total DFT thickness 190-210 microns.
